Koa's first birthday party was a success! We had such a
good time with our family and friends that were able to come
and spend an afternoon with us. The weather was
perfect, right up until we were starting to pack up, and
then came the rain!

For the refreshments I made cakeballs in orange, cotton candy, chocolate, mint chocolate and strawberry. I love soda floats and wanted to do a bit of a kickback to soda shops with cream sodas of orange cream, blue cream, red cream, root beer
and watermelon cream.
The color really drew people in and the treats were a hit!
All of the kids had a blast running around the huge lawn at my MIL's. There were lawn games, the boys threw the football around and a lot of visiting and catching up.
I still can't believe that my baby is ONE! We love her so much and are so glad every single day that she is ours. HAPPY BIRTHDAY KOA!
