In honor of project runway season 9 debuting ONE month from today(yay!),
I thought it would be fun to take a look back at some of the past designs.
There are a lot of really bad things that end up walking down that
runway, but instead of looking at any of those, let's focus on the good!
Some of my overall favorites.

Some of my overall favorites.
One of my favorite episodes is the one where they use unusual materials. In the
season (season 8) they went to a party store and had to use mediums that they
could find within the store. The first and second looks are napkins, the
third is ribbon that has been twisted & braided and the third is made out
of cup cake cups.

These vampire and cowgirl inspired looks are from season 6. The challenge
was to use movie themed looks to make a runway design. I love the
theatrical-inspired look made more modern.

And of course no project runway review would be complete without
a look at the designs of Christian Siriano--best
designer to come out of the show.
His final collection was refined and looked so professional.
